1. Binding Agreement
By accessing or using the Valerix platform in any way, you enter into a binding legal agreement with us and accept all terms set forth in this document without modification or exception. These Terms of Service govern your relationship with Valerix and your use of all features and content on this platform. If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, you must immediately stop using Valerix and navigate away from the site.
2. Eligibility Requirements

Valerix operates as a social casino platform designed exclusively for entertainment. This means we provide games that simulate casino-style experiences but do not involve real money betting, wagering, or gambling. All games operate with virtual credits that are provided free of charge. These virtual credits have no cash value, cannot be purchased, cannot be exchanged for real currency, and cannot be redeemed for prizes, goods, or services of any kind.
4. Prohibition on Real Money Transactions
Under no circumstances does Valerix facilitate or enable real money gambling. You cannot deposit money, place bets with real funds, or win actual cash or prizes through any activity on this platform. Any virtual currency, credits, tokens, or points used in games are entirely fictional and exist solely to facilitate gameplay. These virtual items carry zero monetary value and cannot be converted, sold, transferred, or traded for anything of value in the real world.
5. Acceptable Use Standards
You agree to use Valerix in a lawful and appropriate manner. You must not engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the platform's operation or other users' experiences. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: attempting to hack or exploit the platform, using automated scripts or bots, reverse engineering any software or games, attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, or engaging in any behavior that violates applicable laws or regulations.
6. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All content on Valerix, including software, games, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, and all other materials, is owned by Valerix or licensed to us by third parties and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted only a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for entertainment purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or otherwise exploit any content from Valerix without explicit written authorization.
7. Service Modifications and Availability
Valerix reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time without notice or liability. This includes the right to remove games, change features, update terms, or shut down the entire platform. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the platform. Technical issues, maintenance, updates, or other factors may cause temporary or extended unavailability of all or part of the service.
8. Warranty Disclaimers

We make no warranties or representations of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that defects will be corrected or that the platform will meet your expectations or needs.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valerix and all associated parties (including owners, operators, affiliates, licensors, service providers, and agents) shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. This limitation applies to all types of damages including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special damages, lost profits, lost data, or any other losses, regardless of the legal theory upon which a claim is based and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Valerix and all associated parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the platform; (b) your violation of these Terms of Service; (c) your violation of any law or regulation; or (d) your violation of any rights of any third party.
11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of Valerix shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels. Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through informal communication with us.
12. Changes to Terms
Valerix may update, modify, or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Revised" date at the top of this document. 13. Severability
